She was born in the Philippines and moved to Germany when she was a baby. Her first encounter with both books and computer games was about the age of 8. Chantal had a natural aversion for German literature thus only reading English books. Her first English book was "Interview with a Vampire" by Anne Rice. Her first game however was Super Mario on the Game Boy.
Since then she hasn't stopped playing computer games and reading English books. Aside from reading and playing games, she is also pursuing her dream of becoming a psychologist.
She is living in Hamburg, Germany and working as a freelance English teacher and writer. You can find her in parks, meadows or anything that includes nature and scenery, but Chantal also has a passion for Karaoke and going out. You will most likely find her in a Karaoke Bar or at local pubs when it gets dark. Other than that, she enjoys staying home in order to read, play and blog of course.
